The most basic form of work we do will be bookkeeping, which basically means data-entry into an accounting system. Each time you spend, lose or make money, your bookkeeper adds it to the books. Your accountant then builds the reports using these numbers. The government requests these reports to calculate how much tax you owe and whether you are exempted from some of it.

Companies that meet at least two of the following criteria need to have their accounts audited:

– Annual revenue exceeding $10 million.
– Value of company’s total assets exceeds $10 million
– Number of employees is more than 50.

We will advise you so that your tax obligation complies with the Income Tax Acts, including:

– Preparing and submitting Estimated and Chargeable Income (ECI) within 3 months of the end of your financial year.

–  Compute the tax payable of your company

– E-filing the tax return of form C or Form C-S to IRAS.

– Verify notice of assessment  upon receipt of assessment form IRAS.

– Manage any corporate income tax queries raised by IRAS.
