We, as auditor are required to certify the following:

i) The audit checks had been conducted in accordance with the procedures listed in the Annex A (Procedure for Verification of Subsidy Claims).

ii) Based on the checks conducted, establish whether:

• All subsidy claims were substantiated with the corresponding forms.
• All subsidy claims were substantiated with the relevant supporting documents.
• All subsidies disbursed correspond with the working status of the applicant and service type of the child.
