At Athel, we strive to ensure that our clients meet their filing due dates.
Athel’s audit approach is designed to add value to client’s businesses, while reducing audit lead time, cost and paperwork.
Implementation of Caseware’s audit software demonstrates our digitalisation effort and our determination to provide a streamlined approach for conducting audits without affecting quality.
Just as every family needs a family doctor, business owners look to a personal accountant for business advices.
Here at Athel, we ensure each and every client is assigned an experienced auditor-in-charge of all compliance matters.
All child care centres which administer the Child Care Subsidy scheme are required to engage a qualified auditor to conduct checks on children who received subsidies paid by the Government for each financial year.
We, as auditor are required to certify the following:
i) The audit checks had been conducted in accordance with the procedures listed in the Annex A (Procedure for Verification of Subsidy Claims).
ii) Based on the checks conducted, establish whether:
• All subsidy claims were substantiated with the corresponding forms.
• All subsidy claims were substantiated with the relevant supporting documents.
• All subsidies disbursed correspond with the working status of the applicant and service type of the child.
